Is every journey really private?
Yes. Your own guide, your own driver, your own table. We do not sell seats on group tours, and we never combine parties. From airport to airport, everything is arranged for your party alone.
Do I have to book or pay online?
No. You never pay online with us. You plan your journey in real conversations with your Destination Expert, and nothing is charged until you have approved the final itinerary. Travel should begin with a person, not a checkout page.
How does the planning actually start?
You answer a few short questions, which takes about three minutes. Within 24 hours, the Destination Expert for your countries calls you at the time you choose. Planning is free, and there is no obligation at any point.
Can the pace be gentler?
Of course. Later mornings, slower days, fewer hotel changes, a rest day by the sea: every itinerary on this site is a starting point, and your expert will happily soften or stretch any of it.
Who takes care of us during the trip?
The same expert who planned your journey stays on call for you 24/7 while you travel. One message or one phone call handles a delayed flight, a change of heart or one more night somewhere you love.
Are international flights included?
Your international flights are usually booked separately, so you can use your preferred airline and miles. Everything on the ground, hotels, private guides, drivers, tickets and reservations, is included and confirmed in writing.
